User Agreement

1. Eligibility and Basic Rules

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use JestBoo. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must use the App under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 Personal Non-Commercial Use and Conduct

JestBoo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are solely responsible for all your actions and the content you record within the App. You agree:

• It is strictly prohibited to record or store any illegal, obscene, pornographic, violent, hate speech, or other unhealthy content (including images and text);
• Not to sell, resell, or exploit the App or any part of it for commercial purposes;
• Not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

2. License and Intellectual Property

2.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and run one copy of JestBoo on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 Ownership

JestBoo and all related rights, titles, and interests (including but not limited to app design, visual effects, user interface, graphics, text, code, algorithms, and documentation) are owned by us and are protected by global copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.3 Usage Restrictions

You agree not to: copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; circumvent, remove, or interfere with any security or technical protection measures in the App.

3. User Content and Local Storage

3.1 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your "User Content". We cannot access, view, modify, or store any of your data. Your financial data is entirely under your control.

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and completeness of your data;
• Backing up your data using your device's built-in backup functions (such as iCloud or other local backup tools);
• Ensuring the security of your device (e.g., setting a device password, enabling Face ID/Touch ID, etc.).

3.3 Data Recovery Not Possible

Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers:

• We cannot assist you in recovering deleted data;
• If you delete the App or lose your device without a system backup, all data may be permanently lost;
• We cannot provide data recovery support beyond general guidance on system backups.

4. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

4.1 Virtual Coin System

JestBoo includes a virtual coin system used to unlock specific features, themes, or as a deduction for operations. Coins are virtual items and have no real-world monetary value:

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or other real-world value;
• Coins are for use only on your current device and are non-transferable between users or devices;
• Coins can be obtained through In-App Purchases (IAP).

4.2 In-App Purchases

When you purchase coins or premium features through the App Store:

• All payments are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple). We do not store your payment information.
• Purchases are subject to the platform's terms and refund policies.
• Unless required by law or platform policy, all purchases are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JestBoo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express, implied, or statutory warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of financial analysis or statistical reports within the App.

Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App, including financial decisions made based on App analysis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of data, financial loss, or loss of goodwill;
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

If our liability cannot be completely excluded under applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.

7. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions

JestBoo is committed to complying with consumer protection and privacy principles in major regions worldwide:

• California, USA (CCPA): We do not collect your personal information; therefore, disclosures regarding the sale of personal data do not apply. You have the right to delete all local records on your device.
• European Union (GDPR): We do not process any personal data. Your data remains entirely under your control.
• Other Regions: We do not store your personal profile. Any data stored within the App remains on your device.

8. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be posted within the App. If you continue to use the App after modifications, it means you accept the revised terms. You can terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App.
